Description
In 2017, I took a car trip with my wife from Sofia to Barcelona. One of the places we visited along the way was the Regional Nature Park of the Camargue in southern France. Admittedly, I was not prepared for such a close encounter with so many species of birds.
I was shooting some of them for the first time, I was very excited and paid almost no attention to the composition of the photos. I was just shooting and shooting!
Flamingos, these beautiful birds, are almost non-existent in Bulgaria. Only during migration several hundred birds usually spend some time in a lake in southeastern Bulgaria. But they always keep a great distance from people and are very difficult to shoot.
In the Park of the Camargue, however, they are used to the presence of people and I was happy to take some successful close-up photos.
